Events
Every two years, the VGMS sponsors a Gem and Mineral Show held in Vista, CA.
This year, the show will be held October 11 and 12 at the Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum, which is conveniently located at 2040 North Santa Fe Avenue at Museum Way, Vista.
Hours are 10-5 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday.

FROM INTERSTATE 5 ... NORTHBOUND
I-5 North to State Route 78 East
Exit Melrose Drive
Head North (left turn) on Melrose Drive to North Santa Fe Avenue (S14)
Make a right on North Santa Fe Avenue (S14)
Proceed on North Santa Fe Avenue to Museum Way (1st Stoplight)
Make a right on Museum Way

FROM INTERSTATE 5 ... SOUTHBOUND
I-5 South to State Route 76 East
State Route 76 East to North Santa Fe Avenue (S14)
Turn right on North Santa Fe Avenue (S14)
Proceed on North Santa Fe Avenue to Museum Way (4th Stoplight)
Make a right on Museum Way

FROM INTERSTATE 15 ... NORTHBOUND
I-15 North to State 78 Route West
State Route 78 West to Escondido Avenue
Turn right on Escondido Avenue
Proceed to South Santa Fe Avenue (3rd Stoplight) & Make a Left on to South Santa Fe Avenue (S14)
Proceed on South Santa Fe Avenue (it will become North Santa Fe) to Museum Way Make a Left onto Museum Way

FROM INTERSTATE 15 ... SOUTHBOUND
I-15 South to State Route 76 West
State 76 Route West to North Santa Fe Ave (S14)
Turn left on North Santa Fe Ave (S14)
Go to fourth stoplight (Museum Way) and make a Right onto Museum Way
